We have returned to Wayside after a very long time and so happy we did, the bungalow is as welcoming and cozy as before and the additions are perfect. We had expected to be deluged with rain, thankfully we had only one bad day. We had a few issues with the heating as it was tempremental however John advised us how to go about it. If you like good food try the Wellington Inn it looks a bit unkempt from the front , dont let that put you off , it was the best food we had all week. We are returning today for Sunday Lunch ! We will be sorry to leave this lovely area so peaceful and relaxing
Qiuite an unusual start having arrived during a power cut, it was fixed before dark thankfully. Had a super week visiting friends and exploring the area, such wonderful views, weather was kind to us. Hope to return, many thanks to John for all his hard work before we arrived, so much to do in so little time
Thank You John and Pat as usual everything perfect .

Our first post covid 19 trip we did not have to quarantine coming in from The States because we are fully vaccinated. It was wonderful to see our relatives again. We spent nearly three weeks based in our" English Home" at Wayside and it was very relaxing. We LOVE the new shower specially for me with two new hips! We enjoyed meeting Pat and John at last.
So pleased to be back here . Wayside is looking tidy and clean. Just here for three nights but we love Wayside ! Thank you John and Pat
Love to stay here, perfect place , everything you need ( 10th visit ! ) Done all the usual, visited parents, had a few days out. Sad we can't stay another week. Maybe next year a 2 week holiday ! After 15 months of staying at home we really appreciated our 5th visit to Wayside. We discovered a new area of Colwall and especially enjoyed the meadow paths in the newly planted orchards, The piano was a surprise in the lounge !!
All excellent as usual for our 9th visit , we promise its not a competition but rather confirm how much we like to stay.
A very pleasant and comfortable stay love the new bathroom and especially the shower
Here again fantastic weather all week, visited Parents in Ledbury and a break from Covid restrictions. Had a picnic by the river in Evesham ( beautiful) .Be back hopefully in 8 weeks . Looking forward already, thanks again John and Pat
We enjoyed our weekend in Colwall enormously, and your lovely bungalow suited us perfectly - really comfortable and beautiful location. We did some great walks around the area, met some very friendly people in the pub and cafe, and the weather couldn't have been better!

This was our second visit perfectly equipped so very relaxing great walking around you perfect for the dog many thanks
Just a quick note to let you know that we had a very nice week at Wayside, it’s very nicely situated and we all felt very much at home there. The Magnolia was lovely but dropping its flowers very fast, the (I think an apple) tree in the front garden was in tight bud when we arrived and we had the pleasure of watching them open over the week. We do hope to stay at Wayside again in the future.
