Rental details
Rent includes electricity and heating (when required).
Guests are requested to supply duvet covers, bottom sheets,top pillow case(underslips already changed for each guest) and towels.
Arrival from 2.30 p.m. onwards
Vacate 10.30 a.m. at the latest.
Booking: 25% of total cost as deposit payable at time of booking or at least 2 months prior to holiday date.
Balance payable two weeks prior to holiday date.
Rates
£350 per week ALL YEAR 2021 ( Except for weeks commencing 18/12/2021 to 02/01/2022 when the charge is £415 )
